A Dusty Mellow White

"Not exactly how I imagine a Pinot Grigio to taste, but it's acceptable. It's okay, but not quite as summery as I prefer with my Pinot Grigios. Tends to be a little dusty tasting, especially when the bottle is first opened. Mellows a bit once it's had a chance to air. Enjoyable enough even though it's not quite what I was hoping for."
