Favorite new Sauv Blanc

"This may be my new favorite sauv blanc. I'm not good at picking out tasting notes but got the green apple immediately. This has such a nice crisp texture. It's dry without being bitter. I've never eaten white flowers so can't attest to that note but definitely picked up on the apricot and maybe a little bit of stone. I loved this stuff!!"

Drink this Quickly or Else!

"This wine tasted good on the first day. It had a wonderful lemon after taste and was really fresh. Unfortunately, 3 days after opening, the taste became horribly bitter, almost as if it was fermenting. I've never had a wine start to go after 3 days, so I was a little disappointed. The initial taste was amazing, so I'll give this 3. 5 stars. Make sure you drink this quickly!"
