Pale pink with a shiny, light purple tint, this rosé is a lovely blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault grapes. The name is certainly fitting, as this wine shows off a lot of character and the best of its grapes and terroir, with a fine nose of peach, raspberries, redcurrants, and pomelo. Light and refreshing, it can be sipped as an aperitif or served with a wide variety of foods– from crisp vegetable salads to smoky barbecue dishes to fresh cheeses like feta or Brie.

"I literally said out loud, "Wow that's good!" After my first sip of this rosé. It's just highly drinkable! I don't know how else to describe it, not too sweet, not too dry or minerally. Just well balanced. Could easily pair with a meal, or by itself."
