To create this white whale of the wine world, we went to California’s Central Coast - where the foggy mornings and cool evenings have a magical effect on this grape. A certain amount of skill and tenacity is essential to produce a Chard of this stature - and Folly of the Beast is a prime example of the heights this variety can reach. This complex white shows notes of citrus, apple, and peach, and vanilla, and will be a showstopper at your next dinner party.
