"I was not a fan of this wine. I was hoping the lavender would help give it a more balanced hebalness to it, but all I tasted was sweet berries. This was very similar to a grenache in how jammy tasting it was. Not necessarily a bad thing, but makes it so that I don't feel like it's a dry wine. This to me felt like it was somewhere in between sweet and dry."

"Much more balanced than I anticipated. Dark fruit, licorice, medium plus tannin and a little hot on the palate. Definitely decant for an hour to smooth it our and you have a great wine."
