Pale pink with a shiny, light purple tint, this rosé is a lovely blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault grapes. The name is certainly fitting, as this wine shows off a lot of character and the best of its grapes and terroir, with a fine nose of peach, raspberries, redcurrants, and pomelo. Light and refreshing, it can be sipped as an aperitif or served with a wide variety of foods– from crisp vegetable salads to smoky barbecue dishes to fresh cheeses like feta or Brie.
