The 7th Annual North Eastern Ohio Dachshund Picnic was held on
July 10, 2004
at Plum Creek Park in Kent, Ohio.
There were close to 600 dachsies, their owners and friends present. Although this is the 'Official' count, we believe that there were many that slipped through our registration process. The picnic started at 12:00 pm and went till 5:00 pm. The following are some pictures taken during the picnic. There were a number of prizes given out for costumes and other dachsie traits.
The donations from the picnic were presented to DRNA and 3 full Pickup Trucks full of dog food (see the pictures) were donated by those attendeding. This food was donated to the Portage County Animal Shelter.
